@tisabush I'd either do a triangle start with the middle knot in row 10 being the tip of the triangle or a double triangle start with knots 4 and 8 of row 14 as the tips of the triangles.
Do you know how to do a triangle start. If not, I have written a tutorial "how to make triangle ends" that you can find on my profile. There are also plenty of videos on this topic on YouTube.
Do you know how to read normal patterns in general? If not, MashaKnots' video on segment knotting is a great introduction to reading patterns.
