the borders are essentially just triangle beginnings and ends. if you'd like a video tutorial look up a circle or shaped bracelet on YouTube and that'll explain it to you.

Depending on your level, but on average, if you do one circle, [wow, lot's of commas] It'll take 5-10 minutes ish.
