The question of how difficult this pattern might be for you depends on how comfortable and adept you are in reading/following patterns and in tying the four different types of knots (forward knots, backward knots, forward-backward knots, and backward-forward knots). If you're not yet familiar with each of these types of knots (and how they're indicated on the pattern diagram), then you'll need to learn each of these knotting techniques before making this pattern. The best and easiest way to learn is by watching the two video tutorials you'll find directly above the beginning of every pattern, "How to Make Knots" and "How to Make Patterns". There are also many additional videos to help you learn the various skills and techniques of bracelet making, located here on BraceletBook (under the headings "Videos" and "Tutorials" along the orange bar at the top of your screen), as well as on YouTube. You can find all sorts of helpful videos on YouTube just by entering the search term "friendship bracelets." You can also search YouTube videos by "Masha Knots", whose channel offers an enormous collection of friendship bracelet instructional videos which are great resources for people of all skill levels!
