AHHH I'm so glad I found more like this with more than 5-6 colors! (I mainly just wanted to see the pattern to see how I could try to nicely START it& MAYBE figure out how to make a LOOP at the top too- anyone have any bright ideas?!)
I see the pic posted by ALEXSERG that manages to do a nice, clean triangular start by doing a SINGLE width of the yellow- I'm curious how they did this/what gave them the idea to do that? *Clearly, it WORKED?!*

Or really, I'm curious with ALL of the patterns that use 1. Asymmetrical colors/# of strings b) have, say, all of the 4 blk& 4 whites begin on the LEFT & 4 green & 4 blues begin on the RIGHT *I'm just spitting out random colors& #s here as an example* I notice MOST ppl just start w/a braid or the rolled/twist of strings- no loop- however! I'm just wondering if anyone else HAS come up with any NICE ways to start ones like this?! (I actually HAVE managed to do this a few times & had it turn out nicely- but it's not fool proof by FAR! I also did watch MashaKnots tutorial on how to make loops with odd #s of strings but dang girl that is WAY too tedious for me, sorry!)

And on that topic; does anyone happen to have a good link or know how to do nice loops that have a SLANTED/DIAGONAL Star to the pattern?! Cuz this seems like the type of bracelet THAT would work nicely for too- but every time I've tried to start with some excuse for an angled top, well... "Hideous" would be a m a very NICE way to put it, I'll just say that. ๐Ÿคฎ
