@lindsayv you could knot both colours in your loop for example and tuck one behind like an alpha while you tie the other colour fish.

is it possible to make it so that each fish alternates from red to blue? i want to make this for one of the kids i work with. she has a red fish and a blue fish that she loves to talk about all the time lol but i'm only just getting started into friendship bracelet making, so i have no idea how i would alter this pattern to make the fish alternate colors.

@info you can turn one of the blue ones to the dark blue so you have an even number of each color and for example can do a teardrop beginning without problems. you just need to change some knots but it is possible not that hard and i was able to successfully able to finish it for the ones debating to try it. @J0y_ overall great pattern i had a lot of fun thank you
