@Xandra3737 yeah they're variegated! I make a lot of bracelets with this type of string and I never really pay attention to the colours at the start 🙂 sometimes it changes suddenly but in this picture the strings don't change too much so it's hard to notice! sometimes if I want it to look smoother, when I have a knot with 2 variegated strings, I'll choose the one that would make a smoother gradient haha.
@0-2037_ did you use a variegated string for the non+black ones. If so, did you cut them carefully so they started at the same part of the variegation? I ask because k got some variegated waxed polyester that I'd love to use in something like this but they make so much of a big deal about how to coordinate the strands it makes me think it's pretty important to do so for certain pieces.
