@BabyBunnie Not always. With this pattern the strings won't end up the same length because some colors are used to make knots more often than others. So I said the E strings need to be the longest because they're used to make knots the most (which ultimately take up more string). Whereas the white strings (strings B) aren't used up as much because they're used as a background/base string for the most part (which takes up a lot less string than making a knot) if that makes sense.

@missyuki For what reason should those strings be longer than the rest? I'm just confused because shouldn't they all roughly end up getting the same amount per string??

Just a heads up for anyone making this, I would make strings E, D, and C longer than your other strings (E needing the longest)
