@bleachbbi When you make a knot pull the knotting string straight up and hold the base string straight down. Every couple of rows pull your bracelet over the edge of a hard surface (clipboard, edge of a table) it should help get the knots in place. I've started bracelets and thought it looked like a mess, ran it over my clipboard and then it looked nice. If you don't like how a knot looks when you make it (too loose or tight, not in the right spot) fix it now, it won't necessarily get better later. Other than that, practice.
