this was my first forward backward knot and backward forward knot and it came out great!!

@OwlBcrafty it means half a forward knot and a half of a backward knot.If the arrow is pointing to the right then the left it’s a forward backward knot.If the arrow is pointing backward then forward it’s a half backward then half forward knot
