@cat222 a wing span is when you spread your arms all the way out to the side. So if you want a wing span of thread, hold the end of the thread in one hand and then pull out thread until i reaches the other hand. Hope that made sense
@cat222 it depends on how big you make your knots. I would recommend going longer as a beginner to make sure you have string long enough. You can always add in the string, but it makes the whole thing harder. I would recommend a wingspan(that's how much I'm using) per string, but you may also want to go longer. Hopes this helps! <3
