mind you, most of them are really small segments (like right at the top you’d only be doing like 2 knots of each color) but if you look up some tutorials on segment knotting I think you can get the idea

I segment knotted it. Some of it I did do row by row (where there was 1 row of FB knots and then 1 row of BF knots).
