@hannabnana You need the adapters first (the metal ends that slide into the grooves and snap into place). You can get those separately on Amazon by searching "apple watch band adapter," and then just make sure the size matches your watch. Then I latched the strings on each adapter so they followed the color order at the top. It's a little hard to verbally explain but turns out Alex's Innovations actually has a video tutorial for how that works; I can't posts links but if you just search "turning a friendship bracelet into a keychain" on YouTube I believe hers is the first video to come up (and this can be used for any pattern that is symmetrical and has an even number of strings). From there I just did each side to the length I needed. The ending loop I tried to do is pretty haphazard lol so the fasteners are still a work in progress!
