For the strings at the edge (the yellow and the blue string) you need 150 cm each. For the strings in the middle (blue) you need 90 cm each. I recommend doing triangle ends. The middle knot in row 4 is a good start and the middle knot in row 2 is a good end.
This is a normal pattern based on the YouTube video "Beautiful Wave Pattern Macramé Bracelet Tutorial by Macrame School" by Macrame School. You can knot this like a normal bracelet. For the first and last knots in row 1 and 5 you need to make 3 half knots for each knot instead of 2 like you usually would. The wave effect will be visible on the backside of the bracelet.
