@ferpop20 I am probably not the best at suggesting string length technique, so there may be better ideas given in the tutorials section (upper left tabs on the website) or looking up some YouTube videos from the known knotters in the community like Masha Knots. From my own bracelets I have usually either measured wingspan (arms straight out to each side holding the strings) or estimated about 1 inch for every 10 rows of knots. I hope that helps a bit 😊
