@labudal You can flip the ring inside out first, divide the base strings, tie the middle strings together (they are already separated because you used this to make the ring (one string each)). Then take two base strings from each side and use those to tie all of the base strings, going back and forth twice on each side, then cut them off. I wouldn't be able to make a tutorial, but here is one on how to make square knots."How to end an alpha keychain with square knots" You can find this in the Tutorials section. Basically the two middle lead strings keep the ring together. I hope this explanation helps! 🙂 |

@MochiKitty Would you be able to post a tutorial on how to finish the ring and connect the ends?

@labudal When first starting your ring, make sure that the end of your lead string is as long as the base string on top. When you are finished with the ring, cut the lead string so that it is as long as the base string on the bottom. Bend the ring in half so it is inside out. Then you tie those two lead string ends together. Using those same lead strings, tie them together all around the base strings that are now grouped, tying back and forth a few times.. Then you can cut all those strings and flip the ring so that the correct side shows. Since we use polyester string, we use a lighter to melt it together, but we also use glue. 👍

@MochiKitty I am obsessed with making rings at the moment, and I made this for a friend. I am having trouble connecting them at the bottom though, I have been just using hot glue.
