@misbah yes, #38831 is from my other account and I just modified it a bit for this one. Often times, pattern creators will reuse their own designs in new patterns or series.
If you look through all the penguin patterns you'll notice that many have similarities, although some are copied from other users or even pixel art from google, which isn't normally allowed without permission. I prefer not to have my patterns copied, but you can certainly ask someone else permission to use or modify their design in your own pattern. Or definitely create your own! 😄
@misbah it is allowed to create similar patterns 🙂 they just can't be too similar.
If just one knot was different, it would not be allowed, but for example this pattern has lots of details that are very different from the other pattern. These two patterns are definitely different enough from each other.
