Just tied this for the very first time. Took a while to get the hang of it (had to start over one time), but once I did it was very comfortable to tie. I recommend keeping one leading string behind the bracelet and one leading string in front of the bracelet while tying like you can see in the knotting instructions. I used the straight edges technique and I think it makes it look very sleak. I'm not sure how it would look without.

@skittlesss I think it would definitely be doable as a first alpha but I wouldn't recommend it. I'd recommend a pattern where you have to do colour switches a little less often and maybe one that's a little wider just because it will look a little nicer because this one is really small.
