Making Alfas is vary similar to other friendship bracelets and I think you can definitely learn. learned from YouTube videos by MashaKnots so I recommend you watch some of those videos. If this is your first time I also might recommend a pattern with even less colours to make it easier.this probably could be a good pattern for after you learn how to make colour changes.
