@Natalie_03 when using the website directly (not the app) click the orange Add a Variation button at the top of the page, change the colors how you want, then click the Save & Test button. You can either keep it saved there for your own reference, or you can submit to the site to post it on the pattern page 😊

@Jaydann it sounds like you may need to organize your strings a bit better for color switches so the knots can stay closer together. Be sure to move unused strings back behind the bracelet and up out of the way, and then make sure they aren't pulled in too tight for the next time you use them- it can warp the shape and won't lay flat. Keep in mind, the more colors and color-switches in alphas, the thicker it's going to be in those places because all the strings are overlapping. You can try the flat alpha technique, which helps collect the strings a bit better. The video tutorial near the top part of this page located between the pattern preview and the knot structure diagram called "How to make alphas" shows that technique. Also, after finishing each row, you may need to slightly adjust the knots to keep the pattern square. Don't make your knots too tight in the plain background areas because it can have a tendency to shrink the bracelet inward. |

OK I love this pattern so much but I jave a random question....How do ya'll keep your edges so straight! Mine always starts nice and straight and then widens outwards at the 1st peach and then thins out again, and then widens out again when doing the cow etc.... P.S I am doing forward backward knots at the end of each row.....any tips?

@ShortyIsSh you can use whatever colors you think look best. These patterns are not made with specific floss numbers like cross stitch patterns. You can change the colors on any pattern by clicking "add a variation" to preview what it would look like with a different background or color scheme. Or if you like the colors in the pattern already, just try to find threads that match to your liking 🙂
