@nasp300 it is common, that knots are higher than wide. This can make patterns appear stretched. You could use thicker base strings/double your base strings, knot looser and push each row up after knotting.
Hey quick question so I did this pattern and a couple other cow patterns and my cow always looks wider compared to the ones in the photos it may just because my knots aren’t tight enough but I am unsure this is like my 30th bracelet and never had this problem so idk…
