@Genki There are a few others. In the flower petals in the middle of the red and yellow. I had to alter the ones on the sides because of how the knots are. The grid is square but the knots are really rectangular and more of a herring bone shape. I like using yarn instead of floss, it makes the wall hangings so much prettier and bigger. Thank you very much! I have other patterns in the works but I just don't have time to finish them until after Christmas. I'm so busy making gifts lol! 🎉

@ekirk1981 I love rosemaling, that's why i was curious what about this particular design was religious. I see the cross in the center now! It really is a gorgeous pattern, your work is exceptional.

@Genki I took a traditional Norwegian type of design called "rosemaling" (you can look that up in Google to see photos of what that looks like). I wanted to add in Christian symbols (look closer you will find all the different types of crosses) without being too obvious. Rosemaling has a specific type of style so I couldn't just put a giant brown cross in the middle, that would ruin the design. This is the gift I made for my husband's friend who is the Domkantor (Organist) for the Domkirke (Dom Church) in Stavanger. I am making a second as a gift to the priests at my little local church. I hope that clears it up a bit. ❤️

@Sarah_43 Thank you so much! Well, it took me about 2 weeks. I am really happy you like it 🙂 I have been making all my patterns first before I submit them. I live in Norway, so, it took me a while to get good lighting to get a good enough photo 🙂 ❤️ 🎉
