Natrelle, I would maybe take each knot and make that a square. So each knot would be four knots, taking two rows to complete. For a sweater(assuming crochet), I would make HDC stitches per square, not changing the size at all.

Can anybody tell me how I can make the pattern bigger? Like if I wanted to make a blanket or even out this on the back a sweater.
