I support this pattern! The only reason people do not like the pattern is that many of us are programmed into being ashamed for many things including our own bodies and sex. When they see something they are conditioned to be ashamed of or afraid of, they feel triggered and want to shut it down. Although we will not be able to convince everyone that this is appropriate, it is helpful to spread awareness and to normalize. Period havers unite! It is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact it IS something to be proud of and speak and share about freely. I have been tracking my cycle -periods, ovulation, and basal body temperature- for many years now and it has been a very empowering journey. I hope one day that ALL young people will learn to respect and be in awe of the menstrual cycle as we should 💜💜💜💜
