Hi, all alphas work the same way. You just make colour switches at different points. If you want to learn how to read alpha patterns and make alpha bracelets you can find many good tutorials on YouTube for example the one by MashaKnots.
This specific pattern is meant to be two bracelets that when put next to each other form a heart. The white line is not actually meant to be knotted but indicates the gap between the two individual bracelets.
