I'm Diana (She/Her)
🐦⬛
Started making normal bracelets in my first year university way back in 2013. Took a 10 year long break, and now I'm back at it again as of summer 2023. Discovered alpha patterns and working on improvement on those.
🐦⬛
Currently doing this casually, mostly working in 30-45min sessions 2-3 times a week. I find it a nice way to unwind after a stressful day ☕️😌
I've generally got one alpha and one normal pattern going at the same time
🐦⬛
Over the last year I've seen improvement with practice! Any tips or critiques are welcome, feel free to message me with your advice/tutorials that have helped you 😊
🐦⬛
⚫️ Notes (as of Aug 2024) ⚫️
☆My current practice focus is keeping consistent knot tension☆
◇My current struggle is edge warp on alphas◇
🐦⬛
- Using straight edge technique
- Using flat alphas technique
- Occasionally using clean back alpha techniques (patterns <5 colours)
- Currently working with a clipboard/bulldog clips and tape as necessary
- Currently finishing my cut ends with clear nail polish
