please please please please take care of yourself. you don't have to be tough for anyone and you don't have to put up a wall. you are absolutely beloved and you should take care of yourself. you can ALWAYS message me to just vent, doesn't matter if we disagree abt other things. i want to help people who have these hard thoughts and provide the safe, healthy, loving space i didn't quite get. please take care of yourself and remember that even if you don't feel good about yourself in the moment, there are so many people who love you and would miss you if you weren't here. your presence on Earth is completely necessary and you should never ever tell yourself it's not. you are worth it, no matter what the world tells you. i'm not a counselor by any means but i want to help to the best of my ability. you are loved forever, and you shouldn't have to do this alone.
