Hello. I suppose I should say something instead of being another internet enigma.
Yes, my profile picture is a wee dingloid on a fur rug in front of a fireplace waiting for a romantic evening ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have a BSEE degree in robotics. They let us all graduate without actually knowing how to program. My engineering job was soul sucking and abusive. I quit. I'm taking a long break and doing stuff like make bracelets and soul searching.
My main hobby is collecting craft supplies and hoarding them. If I'm feeling really adventurous I use them. I like painting (any art mediums really), leather and fur sewing (love to upcycle old coats, no new pelts), and beading and jewelry making (esp seed beads), and of course, making friendship bracelets.
I am a victim of the IB art program and thus find it difficult to make art without meaning. Most of my patterns you will find here are inspired by nature or culturally inspired from my heritage or my husband's heritage, I am mostly Slovak and French Canadian, he is Scottish. If you would like me to make any patterns (especially tartans) just let me know!!! 🙂
