Hello bracelet friends! I am a 50-year-old HSP. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and require a lot of time to myself. Tying knots helps to keep my busy mind from wandering into dark places. Started making these as a teenager in the 90’s but picked it up again in July of 2020 to help me cope with the crazy year (and the years haven’t been getting any less crazy).❤️☀️🏝

My bracelets are made using Alize Forever, embroidery floss and sometimes hand-dyed DMC Perle, which I purchase on Etsy from @KreationKaos
