I haven’t been active for a while, but I still have lots more patterns to share with you guys!
My dad recently passed away and it’s been really hard on our family these last several months so I haven’t been able to devote my time to Braceletbook. This long break has accumulated over 30K notifications which is quite overwhelming to me. I really apologize for missing your messages or questions, and I’m not sure when/if I can send responses, but I’ll try. I’m hoping to come back regularly and start submitting patterns again.
FYI ABOUT ME:
USERNAME- I stole the name SODAPOP from my husband.
It was his nickname in high school because his baseball coach could never
remember how to say his last name right, which is Soderberg,
and it's a very close pronunciation to sodapop. So now it's sort of our whole family nickname!
And yes, I've read The Outsiders-- love it!! Sadly, my sodapop is no relation to the one in the book 😅
I’m generation X (the best gen btw)
I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest of USA
I’ve been married for 17 years and have a daughter in middle school
We have a Pit Bull, a cat and some chickens
I went to school for graphic design but quit my job to be a stay-at-home mom- which is actually my dream job!
Now I get my creative-fix from designing patterns
HOBBIES:
Drawing
Gardening
Sewing
Dog Training
Baking
Knotting Bracelets
Horseback riding when I can (I miss having my own horses tho)
and I'm currently addicted to playing games on my phone
I get emotionally attached to my artwork, designs and patterns!
See more of my patterns on my other (inactive) account @Knot2B
I don't steal and republish elaborate professionally designed cross stitch or bead patterns
that were meant to be sold by the original creator on their own sites.
My patterns are designed specifically for knotted bracelets and I try to consider color changes and difficulty.
Personally, I like to knot easy and quick patterns lol!
Cross stitch and beadwork patterns are designed for different techniques and shouldn't be copied and
posted on Braceletbook for free. It's shameful how many stolen patterns are here!!!
✅ YES, YOU CAN USE ANY OF MY PATTERNS FOR YOUR BRACELET SALES! ✅
It’s totally fine to be creative as a crafter and combine multiple patterns,
modify or customize as you wish, post photos, and sell your FINISHED crafts.
✅ YES, YOU CAN USE ANY OF MY PATTERNS FOR YOUR TUTORIALS OR YOUTUBE VIDEOS! ✅
BBBBUUUUUUTTTTTTTTT......
You CANNOT sell the pattern itself as a digital download, in craft kits, or
repost the actual pattern on a different site without LINKING TO THE ORIGINAL PATTERN.
Patterns published on Braceletbook are automatically copyrighted to the creator.
🚫 PLEASE DON'T COPY MY PATTERNS (whole or partial) INTO NEW PATTERNS 🚫
DO NOT REPUBLISH THEM ON OTHER SITES
This includes the outlines or backgrounds of ALPHAS, even if decorated or arranged differently.
A lot of time, effort, research and artistry go into creating original designs that are unique and personal.
I'm happy to share these with you all— for you to knot or customize in your projects
but I do not want them copied/modified as your own with a new pattern number.
I hope you can understand.
📍PLEASE RESPECT OTHER PATTERN DESIGNERS AND THEIR ARTWORK AS WELL
d o. n o t. c o p y. f r o m. o t h e r. s i t e s!!
pixel art, cross stitch patterns, loom bead patterns, Perler bead patterns etc are all copyrighted
📍If you see a bracelet design somewhere, it belongs to someone else.
Don’t copy and share it here on BB because you’re too lazy to search for the existing pattern.
Try to create something that's your own work and unique to your own style and publish that instead.
Yes, it's a lot more work, but you can do it!
📍DID YOU ACTUALLY READ THE CHECKBOX BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PATTERN?
It means that you have deemed the pattern to be your own creation...
OR you've received actual PERMISSION from the creator to duplicate or modify their design.
Please make sure this is true so you won't be in violation of COPYRIGHT LAW.
If you just aren't able to create something original, or receive permission to use someone else's design,
you can still use the "create patterns" section to copy/modify and save it there indefinitely
for your own personal reference.
DO NOT STEAL FROM A CREATOR AND PUBLISH THEIR DESIGNS AS YOUR OWN!
