What you will need
- inks (i use Colourcraft and Brian Clegg powders)
- pots for inks
- white embroidery floss
- paper
- plastic pockets (just so you don't get the ink on the table)
- water and a cup
- brush
Mix your ink powder with water into the pots using the instructions of the inks. Or you can just use ready mixed inks.
Lay your plastic pocket on the table with your paper and string on top.
Now paint your string with one of your colors 🙂
Paint it from both sides so you don't get white bits in the string.
Add the second color carefully because the colours will bleed in together if they touch.
Color the whole string.
Now colour the rest of your strings 🙂
And put them on the radiator for them to dry out.
My finished strings! Happy tying 🙂
