Introduction:
In this tutorial l'll be showing you how to make double triangle ends, but with two different colors!

l'll be using pattern #91405 as an example, but this tutorial does not specifically cover this pattern.

Skills you may need:
–Flat Alpha Technique
–Straight Edge Technique
Step 1:
Finish off your bracelet as you would normally. I like to add a few extra rows of the background color before starting the triangles.
Bring your leading string for the background color underneath the rest of the base strings. Cut if needed, and secure onto the side with tape.
Step 2:
Secure the string you want for the triangle (to the side that you're currently on) to the same place as your previous background color. Bring it underneath all base strings EXCEPT the one that you're on, and do a bf knot. If you're on the right then just do a fb knot instead.
Step 3:
Separate your strings in half. Put the half of strings that's NOT on your side to the side. Take the farthest string in the half of base strings you're working with. Move it up so that you know not to use it yet.
Step 4:
Continue knotting with your new string until you get to that string. Once you are there, do a half of a knot.
Step 5:
Secure your second string to the side that you just came from. Take it under the base strings you just went across, and over the string you just did the half knot on.
Step 6:
Do the second half of the knot over the string you just secured.
Step 7:
Notice how the blue string is sticking out of the pink one. Pull the first string underneath the base strings you've already used. Start knotting with the new string.
Step 8:
Make knots across the rest of your strings.
Step 9:
Pull your first string back out from underneath. Put the second string to the side out of your way.
Step 10:
This is where it gets a bit tricky. Take the base string that the first string should already be on, and pair it with the base string to the left of it. (IF YOU ARE DOING THE OTHER TRIANGLE FIRST, FOLLOW THESE STEPS WITH THE OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS.) Do a backward knot over both base strings.
Step 11:
Pair the two leftmost base strings and knot up as normal until you get up to them.
Step 12:
Do a backward-forward knot over the two paired base strings.
Step 13:
Take the one base string to the right and pair it with the two you just did a b-f knot over. Do another b-f knot over all three. Continue going on with the triangle by adding one more base string to each side every time you start a new row.
Step 14:
Finish the triangle with 2 f-b or b-f knots.
Step 15:
Pick your second string back up.
Step 16:
Repeat the same thing you did on your first triangle.
And you're done!
