@MsMShinoda I love argyle, too, and have a few patterns I was working on designing!! But I haven’t finished the set to my satisfaction yet so I didn’t submit them. Hopefully some day. Unfortunately “diamond” isn’t super helpful in searches since it is the default shape in knotting. The diamonds in argyle are technically called “lozenges” but I’m not sure how many people know that or would include such a technical tag. Argyle is descended from a Scottish tartan, so you could try that — or plaids that are sideways to make diamonds instead of squares. “Harlequin” is similar, it usually refers to patterns with repeating overlapping diamonds of different sizes (think, a diamond pattern you might see on a clown outfit). Where argyle is usually overlapping diamonds of the same size. |

Ok, I apologize ahead of time if this comment seems irrelevant! But- I really like this pattern cuz it kind of has a bit of an "Argyle" look to it... Which I LOVE!!! but, is there perhaps another WORD for "Argyle" that I could maybe try when I'm doing the "keyword search"??? (Cuz ARGYLE really only turns up like, 5 patterns?! And none of them really even LOOK like an "Argyle" type pattern to me!!! 😭) Help?!
