@mortysmith I looked on the website and on YouTube for a video that explains how to make a bracelet exactly like this one but I couldn't find one 😐
Halokiwi's suggestion is a good one if you want to make this pattern by leaving the threads on the sides loose.
If you want the finished results to look more like the photos uploaded to this pattern: #54146 the technique is called shaped bracelet.
There's a written tutorial for the simpler version of this pattern called "The Shaped Bracelet Technique" and video tutorials like the one uploaded to pattern #23580
The technique is essentially repeating triangle starts and triangle finishes over and over.
Alternatively, you could try the non-shaped version of this woven heart pattern here #88519

@mortysmith pattern #16438 is structurally very similar and has a video. I don't think it's in English, but the visuals alone might already help.

Is there anyone who can make a tutorial on this? 8( I know there are some out there for zigzag shaped bracelets but I haven't been able to follow them successfully for this one :/
