To me the hearts don’t really look like hearts. To fix this I added two more knots in the heart color, one backwards knot on the 7th row 4th knot and another backwards knot on the 8th row 3rd knot. It sort of makes a lopsided heart, but it was the best thing I could think of without completely altering the pattern.
