@CORRECTION Instead of Bbaa cdda edaa cbaBIt would begin with Ebaa cdda edaa cbaA Ugh. Sorry. I don't see an edit or delete/remove comment feature. |

Such an intriguing pattern! Thank you!I haven't tried it yet, but it looks to me like this same pattern could be done with 8 strings of color A and 2 of each of the other four colors. I think that would make it easier than doing it with 1 string of E and 7 strings of A. Instead of Bbaa cdda edaa ceaB It would begin with Ebaa cdda edaa ceaA (Capital letters are the ones that change.) So then, all the left side knots would need to be bf, and fb knots down the right edge. The A-color knots are already this way so only the B-color knots would need to be changed. The outside strings could be reversed since neither color will be seen as a knot, like the "straight-edge technique" for alpha patterns. I had a great discussion with @halokiwi in the forum about not being able to do this (because the knot structure is different) via the generator as a variation, but I thought I'd point it out in the comments in case the creator, @SamsArt, wanted to implement the change as a new pattern. Thank you for your time and consideration! @halokiwi @SamsArt |
