@sunshine5 it's kind of like knotting a candy stripe except you stop at a certain amount of knots. For example, for each of the colors you would only knot 5 knots of it and then stop. Then in the middle you do backward forward knots to make a row of white between the colors. And then you basically do the same thing on the other side of the row of white just the opposite direction. I would personally pay attention to row 6 as my stopping point for each of the colors and white and then row 7 I would do backward forward knots across the whole row. Sorry if that was confusing!
