@Shayy this pattern might look best with gradient colors in a blending order to bring out the effect. Your black strings on the end will not show in your finished bracelet... those end strings aren't used to make knots, only to keep the edges straight. Sounds like an interesting color palette! Curious to see how it turns out! 😊 You can also preview different color choices by making a variation. You don't necessarily have to submit it to the site, it's just a fun generator to play with!
I have just started this pattern after picking out random colours in its place A is silver B is baby pink C is a light yellow D is a orangey pink E is a dark red F is a burnt orange and G is black... that’s the order after putting my hand into the bag and using what ever comes out. I will post a picture once compete
Build this almost exactly as you would a regular candy stripe, the only difference is every other diagonal row is forward-backward knots to keep strings in the same place for the next row.
But every DIAGONAL strip must start with a BACKWARD-forward knot and end with a FORWARD-backward knot, both onto the outer white strings. Since the white strings will never show, they can be much shorter than the rest... they just work "behind the scene" to keep the bracelet from curling.
