Please note: The fwd knots (green, as shown in displayed pattern) on left & right edges of row 31 are deliberate. Although the tying direction of two same color strings doesn't affect the knot color, in this case two fwd knots are used near the end of each repeating pattern segment in order to switch positions of green strings so each will get equal usage as you continue the pattern. Otherwise only 2 of the 4 green strings would be doing all the work & would need to be 5 or 6 times longer than the others.
