I only have the Polish version, unfortunately. It's "Bransoletki przyjaźni z muliny, kordonka i koralików" by Veronique Follet. I think the original version is in French, it should be on the inside... It's "Bracelets d'amitie en fil et perles de rocallie". Which basically means "Friendship bracelets from thread, cord, and beads", I think.
