This was nice and easy for me to make as a beginner!

Here are the approx string measurements you need for a 14cm wrist (left to right, from row 1)

Red 1 - 43cm
Red 2, 3, 4 - 100cm
Yellow - 75cm
Green 1, 2 - 100cm
Green 3 - 43cm

It took me 8.5 rounds to complete!
