@halokiwi i think there must be a different kind of chanterelle where you live, the ones here are kind of yellow/orange. but the shape is definitely way off😂
@sage-wolf i also have the word "edible". my family harvests chanterelles, and the kind we have are orange, but i agree they don't look exactly like the mushroom here. i wanted contradicting keywords ("toxic", "edible", "nontoxic", "inedible") because some mushrooms are poisonous and some aren't, but moderators had me remove those. i had the keyword "gilled" because chanterelles (at least the kind i know of) are gilled on the underside, and "hedgehog" because that is also a kind of orange mushroom, but i had to remove that keyword also. basically i was just trying to add the most keywords possible, to make it easier to find.
@sage-wolf I think you are probably meant to add variations or the user plans to add variations that resemble different mushrooms. Initially I had declined this pattern for having both "poisonous" and "edible" in the keyword, but when the keyword "chanterelle" was added, it made sense to me, even though I agree that it is not really an accurate depiction, but I think that's just due to it being a small-scale normal pattern 🙂
i notice this says chanterelle in the keywords but also toxic. chanterelles aren’t toxic and don’t look like this 🤔 I think you have the wrong mushroom? no offense sorry
