@freezetta how long the chains are is entirely up to you 😄 it depends which look you prefer. I recommend making a regular daisy chain and playing around with the amount of knots in the chain, so you see what you like.
No, you can't make a variation with all flowers looking the same (except, if you used only one colour in your variation). That's due to the fixed positions of the strings. But when knotting, you can make the flowers any colours you like, because you can just switch the strings around after the chain parts.
@halokiwi okay and how long are the chains supposed to be cuz i always make mine so long and then it feels like there’s too much space. okay so i could make a variation with whatever colors and the flowers would all be the same then!! thanks you so much!
@freezetta yes, it just can't be portrayed like that in the pattern. After the chain parts, you can put the strings in whichever order you like when knotting the pattern and therefore make all the flowers the same colours. You just can't portray that in the pattern because strings have fixed positions.
