I modified mine a bit to make it wide enough to cover a tattoo for work. Also experimented with making the same color strips worth a candy stripe knitting pattern which made the wrong side of the bracelet look pretty cool, but mostly just made it easier for me 😉

You really only have to repeat the knot and gap pattern for rows 1 through 16 and the pattern will work itself out.
