@alissaruth thank u!! That totally makes sense. I am using a wooden dowel and i might be knotting too tight 😅

@cknots24 hi! i noticed that happens with me too when i know super tight! also, i assume you are using a wooden dowel? also, if your base stirngs are really super close together on the dowel that might also be the problem? im sorry if this doesnt help! let me know if i can help in some other way! 🙂

Hey guys so I am about a 3rd done with the pattern and I have noticed the pattern elongates vertically as I knot. This has happened to me before in other patterns, and was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? Also any pointers to fix this? I love this pattern so much!
