hi! anyone can interpret it however they want but I see it as the fact that it is okay to say no and not feel bad about it. everyone has limitations and a choice. I fee society makes a lot of people feel bad about saying no to anything and that in some instances the act of not saying no can lead to serious consequences. I tried to make it easier so beginners can make it as well. hope you enjoy!
