@andreeaa29this is an alpha pattern. The nine white strings you can see sticking out at the top are called basestrings. You knot onto these using a string called the leadingstring. You knot in rows using f knots from left to right and b knots from right to left. The leadingstring determines the colours of your knots. To make a knot of a different colour you need to switch to a new leading string. There are different techniques to do that but the easiest is to just fold the old leading string behind the bracelet and put a new one in its place with which you continue knotting. MashaKnots on Youtube has some really good videos on alphas. |
