@alexismart, alphas used to really intimidate me. Now they are my favorite! I find them easier to follow than normal patterns. Once I watched mashaknots video on “flat alpha technique”, it became a lot easier. Start with a small basic pattern, not too many string color changes, and practice. That’s the main difficulty is having a seamless transition from color to color. Then once you get that down, you’ll find what works best for you regarding your work station and string set up. Like I started with a pillow, then moved to a table, now I can’t live without my clipboard!! 😄 I like alphas because they are versatile. You can do it! 👍🏽
