@GinaMG you’ve likely figured this out by now but if anyone else comes across this question I just want to say that doubling or even tripling your base strings can help with this! Also, though it may seem counterintuitive, keep your knots a bit looser. Good luck!
Does someone know how I can get my knots to be more round and less elongated? All of my designs seem to be so streched out... Do I have to pull harder on my strings or what am I doing wrong?
@jsimone The number of strings is just the number of base strings, plus one. I’m not sure why the creators of this website/app decided to do that, but you shouldn’t pay attention to that! 😂 Just use the tips I stated down below ⬇️ to help! 🙂
@jsimone Yes, as all of the other people already said, it’s very simple. The dimensions tell you how many knots are in each row (15) and how many rows (81), so you should use 15 BASE strings, then however many other strings you will need for the colors of the actual bracelet (in this case, 5, but it’s different for every pattern). Private message me if you need more help! 🙂
