@chlsrys ok i think i get it now. i use the straight edges technique to keep the sides straight, and then, after im done with each row, i push it up with my fingernail to keep the lines from curving. its really hard to have perfectly straight lines, but thats the best advice i have atm. : )
Hi @chlsrys for these two bracelets I used the DMC Cotton Perlé thread, and i really only use DMC thread in all of my bracelets. What do you mean by elongating? : )
this pattern took me quite a while to make. it was the first alpha i made in years and i actually switched to the flat alphas technique halfway through since thats when i learned about it. It takes a lot of the background string, but it was a great way to use up some of my variegated string. these bees are so cute and were a lot of fun to make!
