the alphas are done with forward and backward knots only 🙂

Hi there everyone, to a lot of the patterns in here, there is an extra diagram that explains the order like, forward knot - forward knot - forward knot - backward knot, and i could really use one of those diagrams - if anyone wouldn't mind making one, i think it could help quite a lot of people 😄
